Golden Hud

Our Story

The Golden Generation of Balinese bronze

Golden Hud is a small atelier in Denpasar where sculpture is still made the slow way: cast in bronze, chased by hand, finished in gold. This is who we are and why we do it.

Where it begins

Rooted in the island, made for the world

Bali has cast bronze for ceremony and art for centuries. Our workshop stands in that tradition: the same patience, the same fire, the same respect for the material — applied to sculptures that live in modern homes, offices and collections around the world.

We work as a first-hand supplier. There is no showroom mark-up and no middleman between you and the people who pour the metal. When you buy a Golden Hud piece, you are dealing directly with the workshop — and supporting the artisans who keep this craft alive.

What we stand for

Three things we never trade away

01

Our mission

Art should be both beautiful and attainable. We share the craftsmanship of Balinese artisans with the world, one bronze sculpture at a time — pieces that lift a space and last for generations.

02

Our values

Every sculpture tells a story of passion, nature and the human spirit. We preserve the ancient art of bronze casting while giving each piece a distinctly modern character.

03

Our inspiration

The beauty of nature, the richness of Balinese culture and the diversity of human expression — each casting captures a little of all three.

The work

Why bronze rewards patience

Bronze is unforgiving: every casting carries the marks of the hands that made it. That's exactly why we love it. Details are chased and refined by hand, patinas are coaxed rather than painted, and the gilded highlights are applied piece by piece.

Because each model is cast in a small run, no two collections are ever quite alike — and once a run sells out, it's gone. If a piece speaks to you, message us to confirm it's still available.
