Ordering & payment
How do I order a sculpture?
Tap any “Chat on WhatsApp” button — it opens a chat with the workshop, pre-filled with the piece you're looking at. We confirm availability, agree the total including shipping to your address, and share payment details. Your order ships once payment is confirmed.
Is the piece I want in stock?
Each model is cast in a limited run and also sells internationally, so always confirm stock with us before ordering. If a run has sold out, we can tell you whether a new casting or a custom commission is possible.
What currency are the prices in?
Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The “≈ $” figure is an indicative US-dollar conversion to help you gauge value — the exact amount is agreed in the chat before you pay.
Shipping & delivery
Where do you ship from, and where to?
All pieces ship directly from our workshop in Denpasar, Bali — worldwide.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 3 working days of payment confirmation. Transit time depends on the destination — to Australia it's typically 6–15 days. Weather, customs and courier factors can affect timings, so treat estimates as estimates.
Can I track my order?
Yes — every shipment includes a tracking number, shared with you as soon as the piece is on its way.
What if I miss the delivery?
Please provide an address where someone is available during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9–5). If a delivery attempt fails, you may need to arrange a new time with the courier or collect the parcel from their depot — couriers charge any re-delivery costs to the recipient, so it's worth getting right the first time.
The sculptures
Can I get a piece in a different color or finish?
Yes — most models can be cast with custom colors and finishes. Message us with the piece and the look you have in mind, and we'll confirm options, pricing and timing with the workshop.
What are the sculptures made of?
Solid bronze, cast and chased by hand, with hand-applied patinas and gold finishes. Dimensions and weight are listed on every product page.
How do I care for bronze?
Very little is needed: dust with a soft, dry cloth and keep the piece away from harsh chemicals or abrasives. The finish is made to age gracefully — many collectors love the character it develops.
Still curious about something?
Ask us directly — you'll be talking to the workshop, not a call center.
